Furnishing
All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and separate air conditioning units which can be switched to heating-mode during chilly nights or in wintertime.

The living-rooms are equipped with satellite color TV sets, DVD and CD players, and open fireplaces.
Firewood is available (except during the high summer).
Washing machines and hair dryers are located in the bathrooms, irons and boards are available as well.
Furthermore, there is a First-Aid kit and a safe deposit box in each villa, as well as ADSL WLAN internet access (WiFi).

Solar water heating with auxiliary electric heating. Both water and electricity (also for the air conditioning units) are included in the rates.
Rooms cleaning as well as change of sheets and towels twice per week.
The swimming pools are operated from April till November. A barbecue set is also available. You will find it (as far as not in use) under the inner stairs.

A baby cot and a high chair will be prepared on request.

Villa Pallas
The living-area on the ground floor includes the living-room with couch set and open fireplace, and the dining-area with an integrated open-plan kitchen.
On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other one with a single bed.
Both are located towards the sea and share one common balcony.

A bathroom with a bath-tub is located on the ground floor as well.
On the top floor there is a third bedroom with a double bed, and sea view. It has a separate shower bathroom.
This bedroom also has windows on the north side towards the sea, and another window on the west side with views of the town, the port and the bay of  Rethymnon, and of the White Mountains.

Villa Hera
The living-room with couch set and open fireplace is located on the ground floor.
It has an attached dining-area with an integrated open-plan kitchen.
Furthermore, the ground floor includes a bedroom with a double bed, and a shower bathroom.

The bedroom is orientated seawards and has access to the terrace.
On the top floor there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds and sea view.
The top floor also includes a large bathroom with a bath-tub, and a large balcony on the sea side.

Villa Aphrodite
The living-area on the ground floor includes a living-room with couch set and open fireplace as well as a dining-area with integrated open-plan kitchen.
A bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with a single bed are located on the ground floor as well.
Both have sea views and share a common balcony.
